conditions of booking
- Once a room or rooms
are booked, the following terms and conditions come into operation
1. A deposit becomes payable, £20 for a single night per
room, and £50 for 2 or more nights per room
2. Rooms cancelled with a minimum of 2 weeks notice, no charge
and full refund of deposit
3. Where less than 2 weeks notice is given an administration
fee of £5 will be charged and the balance of the deposit
refunded unless the cancellation takes place within 2 days of
the booked arrival date, then the full deposit will be taken
in lieu of a cancellation fee.
